WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Shipping time is determined by the shipping method selected during checkout and address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

IS THE RING WATER-PROOF / WATER-RESISTANT?

We have tested our rings in a pressure chamber to an equivalent depth of 10m. You should be fine doing the dishes, taking a shower, or going to the beach.

WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL ARE THE RINGS MADE OUT OF?

Our rings are made from a high-quality scratch-resistant zirconia ceramic.

WHAT IS THE STORAGE CAPACITY OF THE STATIS RING?

For the Ceramic NFC Ring: 888 bytes, 7104 bits.

IF I SCRATCH THE SURFACE OF MY RING, IS IT EASY FOR ME TO MAKE MY RING LOOK AS GOOD AS NEW?

You can easily buff scratches out with a microfiber cloth and some t-cut type polish.

WHAT’S A SWEET SPOT?

The sweet spot is the place on your device where the ring is read most easily. Often this is right over the NFC antenna.

MY RING ISN’T RECOGNIZED RIGHT AWAY. WHAT CAN I DO?

Try to roll your ring over the sweet spot of your device. It can take a little bit of practice to get used to using the Statis Ring. Our development team is constantly working on ways to improve operating performance.

WILL THIS RING WORK WITH MY PHONE IF I HAVE A CASE OVER IT?

This depends on the type of phone you have and how thick the exterior casing is.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND/OR ADDRESS ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please check your confirmation email once the order has been placed. If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email info@statisring.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

CAN I UPDATE/EDIT MY INFORMATION AFTER RECEIVING MY STATIS RING?

Absolutely!

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY?

Statis offers a 14-day return policy after the item(s) has been shipped from our warehouse! To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be in the same condition as sold (plastic clip intact and clear screen on watch dial) with the original box. You must have proof of purchase (Order # & Name) For a more information on how to return an item(s) please see our RETURNS page

HOW LONG IS YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD?

Statis offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Any errors caused by the manufacturing of the smart ring such as defects will be covered by warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Our 1 year warranty does not include any damage caused to the smart ring through everyday use eg. dropping your ring, bumps, wear and tear etc. The manufacturer’s warranty also does not include general ‘wear and tear'.

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM IF I BELIEVE THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY RING?
